Caroline Tran is the Product Leader, Political Risk, Credit & Bond (PRCB) for Europe at AXA XL. With over 20 years of experience in the political and credit risk insurance industry, from underwriting to risk analysis and client management, Caroline has a wealth of expertise in handling complex risks for clients across various markets and geographies.
Caroline has been at AXA XL for four years now, where she has built and leads the European credit and political risk team. She began her career in 2004 with COFACE in Shanghai, where she worked as a legal counsel and then as a country risk analyst and political risk underwriter. She later held senior roles at Atradius, including Global Deputy Head of Special Products and Product Leader for structured single situations and political risks.
In her current role at AXA XL, Caroline is also a member of the GCUO Specialty Leadership team, she is responsible for developing and implementing the underwriting strategy for PRCB in Europe and she also leads and support the team in product development, innovation and client management.
