Ludovic Donati is the Director of the French geothermal lithium project Ageli ( Eramet and Electricité de Strasbourg) labeled Strategic Project by the European Commission in 2025. Ludovic has spent 14 years in the mining and metals industry. Normalien and PhD in chemistry, Ludovic joined the Eramet group in 2011 where he held various positions in R&D, Investor Relations and Strategy (CEO’s office). He was appointed Group Chief Digital Officer at Eramet in and launched a global digitization and AI transformation program (Mine 4.0, Plant 4.0 and Railway 4.0) including the Integrated Operations program implementation (IROC). Ludovic is also involved in the French Mining and Metallurgy Sector and in the French Tech Corporate Community network, working on the environmental impact of the digital and data transformation.
Ludovic is French National Pharmacy Academy award winner; he was nominated for the Next Leader Awards of Les Echos French newspaper in 2018 and is Laureate of the Choiseul Institute in 2022 and 2023 which identifies and ranks the 100 young French leaders aged under 40 and who are playing a major role in France’s economic development.
