Lene Bjørn Serpa leads the Corporate Sustainability team at the global shipping and logistics company A.P. Moller – Maersk. She has over 25 years of experience in corporate sustainability and ESG and is Chair of the UN Global Compact Network Denmark. Lene is co-author of a book on integrating sustainability into corporate strategy (Squaring the Sustainability Circle) and holds a master’s degree from the Copenhagen Business School.
