Born in a family of businessmen, I’m engaged since more than 20 years as lawyer, CEO and global business head in managing people, steering projects and activities to generate sustainable value and trust for the company and the stakeholders.
In my current role as CEO and Global Head of Alternative Risk Transfer, I drive business performance and show leadership in daily matters as well as strategic initiatives and projects to address the needs of an ever changing environment. I create structures to ensure the achievement of the company’s goals, improve profitability and preserve the stakeholders’ interests while promoting diversity and inclusion. I drive a culture of resilient and inclusive management.
I have the overall responsibility for the alternative risk transfer line of business globally for AZ Commercial as well as oversight of the legal entity in Switzerland. I’m responsible for the organizational development and the regular interaction with regulators, clients and brokers in various jurisdiction.
As people leader it is my responsibility to empower teams to grow, excel and future-ready for the challenges to come. My actions are solution-driven, leveraging strong communication and analytical skills. I foster a spirit of ownership, open feedback and collaborative leadership.
