Christian Weiss is an expert in risk management, business continuity and crisis management with more than 30 years of experience in various functions in the areas of air traffic management operations, safety and communication at the Swiss air navigation service provider Skyguide. He heads the Enterprise Risk Division at Skyguide since 2022 and is responsible for the corporate risk management framework, the development of resilience strategies and the integration of business continuity management into company processes. Since 2015, he is also in charge of Skyguide’s crisis organization, of which he has been a member for more than 20 years.
