Born in Italy in 1974 and graduated in Law, Daniele spent 10 years as Contracts and Insurance specialist at Saipem SpA, a leading Energy service contractor, working on all energy insurance contracts purchased by Saipem, including property insurance, liability insurance, construction insurance, financial lines and employee benefits.
His current area of responsibilities includes the role of General Manager of Saipem’ Swiss reinsurance captive, Sigurd Rück AG, a position he holds since October 2013. He is also Vice President of SIRM, the Swiss Insurance and Risk Managers association, President of SIRCA, the Swiss Insurance and Reinsurance Captive Association, founded in Zürich in August 2013 and FERMA Board Member since June 2024.
